Some of my favorite jobs are conservation work where they point at a map and say, "shoot here." This was on a stretch of the Yakima River just a stone's throw away from Ellensburg, WA. Western Rivers Conservancy's project on the Four Season Ranch aimed to protect and restore crucial stretches of the river, ensuring its health and vitality for generations to come.
The importance of conserving our natural heritage cannot be overstated, and the work being done by organizations like Western Rivers Conservancy is vital to ensure that future generations can enjoy and appreciate the wonders of the Yakima River.
Huge thanks to Red's Fly Shop for guiding me around, they are the best.
