The new Ski Journal 7.1 just hit the stands with a couple photos from last winter making an appearance. If you are unfamiliar with The Ski Journal it is, "Skiing's coffee-table catalog of culture." The journal is printed on quality paper, has a great layout and takes a personable/historic approach to their stories. (above) In the Masthead Ari Delashmutt throws it down under a blanket of stars. We photographed this when we were out snowcamping for a couple days in the Central Oregon Cascades. The snow was hard, the light was minimal but somehow Ari managed to do this Japan air.
