Joshua Tree National Park in California is home to miles of unearthly rock, great weather & scenic camping. That coupled with great people makes it the perfect place to climb & for U2 to write an album.

Drew on "White Rain" 5.11a in the "Queen Mountains." It's a hike to get to the Queen Mountains but well worth the haul to this crag. The first bolt is about 30 feet from the ground, so it is highly suggested that you stick clip the beginning bolt.
